Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes

Suitable for all children from ages 5+, our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes have been designed to be structured yet fun, teaching kids the fundamentals of this great sport through games and play while still ensuring their progression in the sport.

As well as taking part in a new hobby and making new friends, through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kids can learn the value of self-discipline, self-confidence, and working towards their long-term goals. 

Our instructors have met the requirements of the Martial Arts Safeguarding Code, including DBS checks, Health and Safety, First Aid, and Safeguarding training. Peak Jiu Jitsu and its instructors are insured and vetted by the United Kingdom Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association. 

• Times: Our classes are on Wednesdays and Fridays from 5pm.

• Prices: The first class is free. Contact us on info@peakjiujitsu.co.uk to book your kids' place.

  Classes are £5 for a single session or £35 for a month of sessions (up to 2x per week). If you'd like to enrol more than one child, or if you'd like to start BJJ yourself, please get in touch with us for our discounted family pricing.

• Uniform: Kids are welcome to come down in their own exercise clothes for the first few weeks. We also have a number of Gis available at the gym for kids to borrow. Please note that these are limited depending on size/demand.

  If they'd like to continue the classes, they will need a gi/uniform for £25. There are no additional costs for belts, gradings etc.

Parents are welcome to use our seating area during our Kids' classes, with tea and coffee available.
