- c) Take payments and manage accounts — to process payments, refunds, and keep accounting records. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.
- d) Run the gym safely and effectively — to keep emergency contact details (where applicable) and manage operational communications. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; and vital interests in an emergency.
- e) Marketing communications (where permitted) — to send updates/offers where you've opted in, or where otherwise permitted by law. Lawful basis: consent (where required) and/or legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).
- f) Website analytics and advertising measurement — to understand website usage and measure ad performance (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel). Lawful basis: consent for non-essential cookies/tracking where required.
If you submit your information via a lead form, the platform collects the information you provide and shares it with us so we can contact you about your intro session/trial. We will use that information for the purpose described in the form and in this policy.

We share personal information only where necessary to run Peak and deliver services. This typically includes:

- Bookings and enquiry forms: LeadConnector / HighLevel (booking and lead capture)
- Payments: Stripe (payment processing)
- Email/admin: Google Workspace (email)
- Analytics and tag management: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Advertising platforms/measurement: Google Ads, and Meta platforms (including lead forms and pixel-based measurement)
