• d) Run the gym safely and effectively — to keep emergency contact details (where applicable) and manage operational communications. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; and vital interests in an emergency.
• e) Marketing communications (where permitted) — to send updates/offers where you've opted in, or where otherwise permitted by law. Lawful basis: consent (where required) and/or legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).

If you submit your information via a lead form, the platform collects the information you provide and shares it with us so we can contact you about your intro session/trial. We will use that information for the purpose described in the form and in this policy.
